Refunds

Australian Consumer Law applies to our pieces. Handmade or bespoke does not cancel those guarantees. If a sculpture is faulty, not as described, or not fit for the purpose we agreed, get in touch and we will work it out.

We make the work ourselves, so a change of mind depends on how far along we are. Call or email as soon as you can and we will be straight with you about what is possible. We do not publish a flat refund window because freight and each piece are organised per order.
